Tasmania Roadtrip - Week 5 - Constitution Docks

There were quite a few boats tied up in Constitution Docks with lobster pots piled high in the back. Rock lobsters, locally referred to as crayfish, are found in the waters around the south of Hobart. I love lobster but it is so expensive we have only ever had it twice! I think we need to do something about that this trip.
